Thoughtfully crafted for everyday enjoyment, our Every Day Uji Matcha is a beautifully balanced ceremonial matcha made from a carefully selected blend of Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars, grown on a single family-run farm in Uji, Kyoto.

Harvested only during the first spring flush, this matcha is produced by a fourth-generation tea master who continues a long family tradition of careful cultivation and respect for the land. Grown without pesticides and sourced directly from one farm, it offers both authenticity and consistency — so you know exactly where your tea comes from.

Unlike anonymous matcha powders sourced from multiple origins, our Every Day Matcha is single origin, allowing us to preserve the unique character of the tea while creating a flavour profile designed for daily enjoyment.

The blend of cultivars has been carefully chosen:

Okumidori contributes smoothness, softness and vibrant green colour, while Yabukita brings freshness and structure, creating a naturally balanced matcha with:
