Unlike generic matcha blends, this tea is single origin and single cultivar, allowing the natural character of Samidori to shine through with exceptional clarity and balance.

Our Premium Matcha is produced by a fourth-generation tea master, whose family has dedicated decades to cultivating tea with care and integrity. Grown without pesticides and harvested only during the first spring harvest, the youngest shade-grown leaves are slowly stone-milled in small batches to preserve freshness, colour and delicate flavour.

The result is a beautifully refined ceremonial matcha with:
